Croghan, NY ~ Caitlyn Ralph Pate, precious child of Benjamin R. and Jacqueline M. Gillette Pate, of 10292 Resha Road, Castorland, was stillborn on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY.
In addition to her parents, Caitlyn is survived by two sisters, Courtney J. Pate and Corrine C. Pate, both at home; maternal grandparents, Luther and Debbie Gillette of Orwell; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Sally Pate of Croghan; maternal great grandmother, Vera L. Gillette, of Mannsville, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Caitlyn was predeceased by her paternal great grandparents, Richard P. Gillette and Alfred C. and Audrey I. Delles; and paternal great grandparents, Harold M. and Mary E. Pate and Virgil J. and Florence M. Lehman
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 27, 2014 at the convenience of the family with Rev. Daniel L. Chapin, Pastor of St. Stephens Church, Croghan, officiating. Following the service the family wishes to invite friends and family to a 12 Noon luncheon at the Beaver River Memorial Post 1663 American Legion in Croghan.
Calling hours will be held 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Scanlon Funeral Home, 9791 Main Street, Croghan.
