Amy C. Bango

Amy C. Bango, 71, of Jerden Falls Road, died Friday, April 4, 2025 at the Wynn Hospital in Utica following a brief battle with cancer. 

Amy was born May 29, 1953 in Harrisville, a daughter of the late Philip and Barbara (Davie) Bango. She was graduated from Harrisville Central School in 1971. Amy worked as a security guard at the Newton Falls and Carthage Mills. She enjoyed reading, decorating for the holidays, hiking and collecting teddy bears. 

She is survived by her longtime companion, Bernard Graham as well as cousins. 

In addition to her parents, Philip and Barbara, Amy was predeceased by a brother Gary Bango and a sister and brother-in-law, Joanne and John Hennessy. 

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services. Donations in her memory may be made to the Harrisville Volunteer Fire Department, 14226 Church Street; Harrisville, New York 13648.
