I had the chance to work with Bill. as an Assistant Chief with the Copenhagen Fire Department, and also as a State Fire Instructor for Lewis County.  He struck me as a person who could remain calm when things were going haywire and he was very helpful when anyone needed assistance.  He will be missed.

My condolences to the Morrow family on the passing of William. I met William while I was a volunteer fireman, and always respected his sincere compassion for the Fire Service and his dedication to ensuring Fire classes throughout the County to meet everyone's needs. You will be missed but never forgotten, and we will take it from here William, rest in peace.

I can’t imagine the pain you’re coping with during this tragic time in your life. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this loss right now. You’re in my heart, and my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I’d love to know if there’s anything I can do to help.
Even though I didn't know William personally I know his son Tom, which I met through his wife Kristen (my dearest friend) I've learned a lot from watching how awesome the two of them live their lives together! Tom is always helping everyone, he's a pay it forward kind of person. These are wonderful character traits I wonder if he learned from his Dad? I know William's legacy will carry on through his family. God bless you all!
