Posted by: Lenna Schack Sun October 18, 2020 | As you reached the autumn of your life, you did it without fear. You were so good to our parents and it came back full circle to you. By the grace of God and the determination of your children, son and daughter in laws, you were able to come home. You left with love and gratitude in your heart and ours. Enjoy all the rewards of heaven and being with Sara again, for all eternity, my brother, my friend. |

Posted by: Denise J. Monnat Wed October 21, 2020 | Jim, John, Ann, Jeff and Tony my condolences to you and yours.
Bob you were truly someone to be looked up to. You were a lifelong friend to my Dad. He tells of the times you shared at St. Stephens school. You were always a great artist and you would draw funny pics of the other students/nuns and pass them to my Dad who would then, of course laugh out loud, and then be punished. You were a great friend to my parents and as a child remember the fun times at our house and yours with cards, drinks and games. The children all playing together. The parents enjoying the drinks and cards. You hired me away from a job and I am internally grateful for that. Working with you was one of the best jobs I have ever had. I don’t think I have ever laughed as much as I did at the job in the Beaverite Art Dept. You are inspiration as a good citizen, father and traditionalist. You raised amazing children and will forever have a strong legacy. I salute you with a Utica Club. May you rest in peace. |

So glad we got to see him at least for a short time at Mom's Memorial in Croghan. Although we had only seen him a few times over many years he always greeted with a firm handshake and seemed happy for those rare visits. You'll all be in our thoughts and prayers. |
