To Donna and family. I’m so sorry to hear about Jack. He was always a good friend to me and I will always remember the good times Donna and I had visiting you two and having evening coffee while chewing the fat. We wish you the very best and pray for God to always watch over your family. He was a good man. One of the very best

The last time I saw Jack was last July at the Beaver Falls United Methodist Church ministry scholarship fair. He stopped at our used book stall that I was working at, and visited for a few minutes. He mentioned that he had not been well, but was feeling better. He was a most interesting and unique individual, with an amazing capacity to remember historic detail. The students of Beaver River Central School will very likely never forget him, and Donna also. Keep the faith Donna, I know you miss him, and always will. I can understand that. But we will all be united with the ones we love someday. Love you and hugs.

My deepest sympathy at Jacks passing.  I enjoyed all our visits at the Fort de la Presentation reenactments.  I still look at the photos I took of both of you with fond memories.  They were very memorable times.  The wisdom that Jack passed along to me will be remembered and appreciated forever.  In his quiet way he was a great mentor.  I am eternally grateful for having known him.

Donna & Family -
So very sorry for your loss of Jack...
I will always cherish the time I came up to visit; and Jack gave me a wringer off a washing machine so I could do my hides...
I spent a few hours with him learning more than I can ever remember..
He was a treasure...
Prayers and warm thoughts for you and the Family..
R.I. P.  Jack...

Jack was an important part of our history life. He taught us all so much. Going to Fort Niagara has never been the same. He made Connors younger days filled with wonder. All we have to do is look into our corner cabinet to see all he made for us. Our love goes out to Donna and his family

Dear Donna,

We were so sorry to hear of Jack’s untimely death.  We have so many fond memories of visiting the store in Belfort and all the time he devoted to teaching and sharing his knowledge with our son George.  He was a unique individual with so many talents but always ready to spend time with others.  I wish you strength in these coming days, Donna.  We are thinking of you and your family.  Take care of yourself .  All our best,  Mary and Ted Earl
