We know that the Christmas Season can be a very difficult time for those who have lost a loved one. We believe that most anyone who has ever been significantly involved with some aspect of death care understands that grief does not end with the funeral. Based on that belief, all of us here at the Scanlon Funeral Home, for a number of years now, have put together an annual Holiday Remembrance Service, with great empasis on remembrance –for the many families we have been privileged to serve throughout the year.
Because of the different faiths of the many families we serve, we make every effort and offer this as a non-denominational service. Each year, we invite the clergy person who officiated or church representative who otherwise assisted those families we have served throughout the year.
